The owner of Total Inventory Services has been a Landlord for many years and appreciates the necessity for a comprehensive and accurate Inventory including check-in/out and interim procedures all with supporting photographic evidence. This reassures all parties and prevents disputes at check-out time.

We provide a 48 hour turnaround, and understand that sometimes Inventories are required in a shorter time frame this is not a problem however we would appreciate as much notice as possible. We can provide a tailored service to suit your needs. Prices start from £50 (1 bedroom property).

We are situated in Locks Heath, and cover the following areas - Southampton, Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham, Eastleigh, Petersfield and Waterlooville, also having the M27 nearby enables us to travel further afield when required.
